It takes courage to really look at yourself. To look at who you are, what you stand for, what you are doing or not doing that is causing the results you are currently gettting. It also takes courage to decide to own that reality and change it to something else.
Anyone who is truely successful will tell you that this is the first place they look when they want to know what is happening or when they want to change what is happening around themselves. We are who we are because of the way we believe, think, and react to any event that comes our way. Our beliefs, thoughts, actions and reactions all create outcomes.
